The first team hosted AAC on Saturday and sent them home with a 57-0 scoreline. The 9 try win sees DIOK 1 move 8 points clear of HRC to consolidate a place in the play-off postions.

The second team had a 5 try win against 't Gooi 2. The 39-10 victory moves them up to 6th in the first division, 4 points ahead of Sparta and just 3 points from a play-off place.
